Mike Brown / Ferguson Quilt

I am thinking of Underground Railroad quilts and the American South as we are in the midst of a civil war here in Saint Louis. Thank you to Dred Scott and Mary Meachum for your work. Thank you to the tireless soldiers on the frontlines. Thank you to the black men who have been wonderful examples for my daughter.

I'm working on a community quilt. If you would like to submit in response the Mike Brown situation and the war on people happening in Ferguson, please submit a fabric 12x12 inch square of your own artistic expression at Yeyo Arts Collective 2907 South Jefferson during regular business hours, now through September 2nd. We will accept mail entries.
